With over 20 years of combined youth training experience, our coaches emphasize safety while promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle in a fun, supportive environment. Recently voted 2020’s “Best Place To Workout” in the Scottsdale Airpark News, Infinity Fitness AZ is a premier training facility for youth athletes. Year-round youth training classes combine speed, agility, endurance and strength to improve their sports performance in all areas.
In addition to daily group classes, Infinity’s Summer Youth Program brings athletes together from all over the valley to rigorously train for upcoming sports seasons. With daily, 2-hour sessions over 9 weeks, youth members leave the program feeling stronger, faster, and more confident in their athletic abilities. Infinity Fitness AZ offers many different enrollment options to best fit your schedule and has classes for ages 7 and older.
Our youth program will not only transform health and fitness levels but will also improve sports performance on the court or field. We will build strength, create speed and agility, help prevent injury and most importantly build confidence.
Designed to enhance sports performance in middle and high school athletes by introducing strength training to their training program. Emphasizing on safety and technique, athletes will gain confidence in the weight room while improving strength, endurance, power, speed and agility.
The Speed Training program is a highly specialized, reservation-only class that runs for 4 weeks at a
time. This individualized training program emphasizes form, technique, agility, vertical leap and overall speed and quickness. Note: A maximum of 12 athletes are able to attend each session due to the technical nature of this class. Reservations must be made for this class.
Infinity also offers one-on-one training to personalize their programming tomeet each athlete’s specific needs and goals. They welcome athletes of all abilities, ranging from beginners to high school athletes to Olympic-hopefuls and beyond.
