Phoenix Athletic Center is the proud home of Laveen Wrestling and  Laveen Gymnastics and Cheer.

PAC offers classes in Folk, Free, and Greco wrestling, American Combat Ju-Jitsu, Gymnastics and Tumbling, Cheer, and Ninja Academy. PAC strives to provide quality instruction and training at affordable prices. PAC is located on the campus of Arizona Lutheran Academy, 6036 S. 27th Ave., Phoenix, Az 85041.

Laveen Wrestling is one of the premier wrestling clubs in Arizona. Started in 2009 by Steve and Veronica Wene, the club has grown from enrolling just 5 wrestlers in it’s first season to over 200 annually. The club’s high number of participants ensures your wrestler will be able to train with wrestlers of similar weight, age, and experience. The club’s motto is ‘Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, Strong Leaders’. Classes offered are Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Wrestling.

Laveen Gymnastics and Cheer – PAC offers a variety of classes for everyone from beginner and up.

Ninja Academy – Who doesn’t want to be a Ninja? Ninja Academy is a unique and fun blend of gymnastics and tumbling, martial arts and obstacle training. Coached by ASU club gymnasts, this class offers something for everyone wanting to improve their Ninja skills.
