Join former Phoenix Suns center and 10 year NBA veteran Steven Hunter as he will be hosting a Life Skills & Basketball Camp on Saturday, August 6th.

This camp will consist of professional basketball training from Steven Hunter as well as a guest speaker for our Life Skills portion of of the camp. Each camper will also receive free school supplies as well! You don’t want to miss this opportunity to get your child motivated and and geared up for the new school year!

The Steven Hunter Life Skills & Basketball Academy was founded by ten-year NBA veteran and former Phoenix Sun’s center, Steven Hunter. Steven created the SHBA to provide kids with an outlet and opportunity to learn core life values through the teachings of the game of basketball. Through private training, mentoring, life skill & basketball camps, and club basketball (Hunter’s Elite). Our athletes enjoy a “one-stop-shop” in supply of their basketball and overall life skill development training needs.

Our team of coaches have over twenty-five years of combined basketball playing and training experience.

We aim to provide a specific training program for each one of our athletes, catered to improving both strengths and weaknesses. Our program serves youth ranging from the age of 5-18 years old. Our goal is to build the skills, confidence, and leadership in each athlete so that one day they can attain an education at the collegiate level as well as the preparation necessary for the game of life after basketball.
