We take pride in empowering our youth through fitness! Strong Minds is for kids of all fitness levels. Each class features a warm-up, a bite-sized mindset discussion, a running drill, and class game. Strong Minds Run Club kids leave class tired, smiling, confident, and strong.
We are excited to offer a slightly shorter session to kick off the new school year to at our partnering schools and parks. For this first quarter, we will hold 5 week or 6 week sessions! Our usual 8 weeks sessions will return for quarters 2, 3, and 4.
