Basketball training 1on1 or with a friend, or your team, we will customize a training program that will meet you at your skill level
Prior to signing up for your training session, be sure to schedule a one time free assessment. Players are encouraged to visit our group training sessions where our coaches will observe player’s strengths and weaknesses. Once completed, one of our coaches will discuss which one of our programs would be the best fit.
At our open gyms, its all about creating a competitive environment that challenges players to BE GREAT! From 1on1s to 5on5s, players will be given the opportunity to show their skills, basketball IQ and competitive spirit!
One on One individual training allows us to truly discover a player’s weaknesses in order to turn them into strengths. We will create a detailed training plan that is tailored towards the individuals abilities and design obtainable yet aggressive goals.
Our Group Training sessions are geared to create a competitive environment, encourage communication, all while improving individually. Let’s make each other GREAT.
